Precision Back Gauge System
The TFI 600T × 4000 CNC Press Brake is equipped with a high-precision back gauge system designed to ensure accurate positioning and repeatable bending results. The system mainly includes X and R axes, which control the positioning of the sheet metal during the bending process.
The back gauge mechanism is built with ball screw and linear guide systems manufactured by HIWIN or TBI (Taiwan), providing smooth movement, high durability, and reliable positioning accuracy. The X-axis offers a travel range of up to 1000 mm with a positioning accuracy of ±0.03 mm, allowing precise control for different sheet sizes.
Powered by ESTUN or INOVANCE AC servo motors, the back gauge moves with high speed and stability, reaching speeds of up to 450 mm/s. The optional R-axis further improves flexibility by adjusting the vertical position of the back gauge, ensuring better support for complex bending operations.
This precision-engineered system significantly improves productivity and guarantees consistent bending accuracy in demanding industrial metal forming applications.
