Manufacturing of press brake tools with three points bending matrix is one of our specialties. The 3P tool is a traditional press brake tool used for Hammerle machines, which have now become part of the Bystronic(tm) company.

Our expertise lies in the production of high-quality 3P matrix tools for bending machines. We have a strong presence in the global market and export our 3P bending tools to countries like the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman.

The bending punch for the 3P style comprises two main parts. The first part is the holder that attaches to the machine and is secured with a pneumatic holder. The second part is where the tool engages with the bending functionality of the machine.

The 3P bending tool is manufactured in segments for flexibility and efficient usage. These segments come with earpiece designs and vary in length. While some segments are produced with a length of 100 millimeters, TFI Co manufactures them in a shorter 50mm length format.
