During high-tonnage bending operations, large press brake machines may experience slight deflection in the machine bed. The CNC-controlled crowning system compensates for this deformation automatically, ensuring consistent bending angles from one side of the workpiece to the other.

The system is driven by high-performance ESTUN or INOVANCE servo motors, providing precise control of the V axis crowning mechanism. Through the CNC controller, the crowning value can be automatically adjusted based on the bending program and material thickness.
