The tip contact zone is precision-hardened to 55–62 HRC, while the body maintains a hardness of 45–50 HRC. All body thickness dimensions adhere to DIN 7168 Fine tolerance standards, ensuring a consistent clamping fit and tool interchangeability across compatible press brake systems.
